Missy Heilman is the Executive Director of BIO Girls, which is a preventive mental wellness program with the mission of improving the self-esteem of young girls. Missy and her team have impacted thousands of young girls’ lives in the Midwest. BIO Girls is helping to increase girls' self-esteem, teaching them important life skills they will use as our future generation, and teaching them they are beautiful inside and out.
